苏州河是上海的母亲河，沿岸九曲十八弯，见证了城市的工业发展和历史更替。通过生态改造和功能更新，位于嘉定南隅的“南四块”，将成为苏州河畔蜕变新生的下一湾。
特色1: 建设全域公园，开放滨水空间，重塑苏州河畔的生态之源；
特色2: 对现有工业遗存进行有机更新，运用多种改造方式，新老结合，垂直改造，保留轮廓，重新创新和演绎老建筑精髓。
特色3: 结合轨交站点，集中布局科创功能，转型成为大虹桥科创新枢纽；同时新建建筑沿用老街区肌理，延续地区历史记忆。
特色4: 结合公园和新老建筑，补充各类公共服务设施，培育嘉南地区乐享活力中心。
该项目与上海市城市规划设计研究院合作设计。

The Suzhou River is the mother river of Shanghai, with nine bends and eighteen bends along the coast, witnessing the city’s industrial development and historical change. Through ecological transformation and functional renewal, the “South 4 Block” located in Nantun, Jiading, will become the new bay of the Suzhou River.
Feature 1: Building a global park, opening up waterfront space, reshaping the ecological source of the Suzhou River;
Feature 2: Organic renewal of existing industrial relics, using a variety of transformation methods, combining old and new, vertical transformation, retaining contours, re-innovation and interpretation of the essence of old buildings.
Feature 3: Combine the rail transit site, focus on the science and technology function, and transform into the innovation hub of Dahongqiao Branch; at the same time, the new building inherits the texture of the old block and continues the historical memory of the region.
Feature 4: Combine parks and new and old buildings, complement various public service facilities, and cultivate the enjoyable vitality center in the Jianan area.
