卡塔尔 2014 是GALA提出了“高端品牌住宅项目在西湾”的理念将卡塔尔的文化、特色、材料、氛围、传统和意大利的生活方式进行了完美的融合。项目遵循两个形态学原则：西南部的大片绿化区延伸出一条林荫大道，并以对角线形式通向东边。基本设施和住宅就设在这片绿色区域内，横穿社区的曲线路径，形成独特的房屋排列结构类型：包含公寓，排房以及大厦。项目的目标是打造出以高质量为基础的高雅，并且成为意大利众所周知的的杰出建筑作品。砂岩、石头、玻璃和混凝土是此次项目的主要建筑材料。

The concept of the division “High-End Branded Housing Project at west Bay” represents the meeting between Qatar’s culture, colours, materials, atmospheres and traditions with the italian way of living. Two main morphological principles defines the project: a wide green area in the southwest sector from which extends a boulevard that follows a diagonal path up to the east side. Facilites and town houses take place in this ‘green sign’, which lays across the second element, the curvy route network of the neighbourhood, that leads to the different typologies of houses: the flats, the terraced houses and the mansions. The project looks for a quality-based elegance and tries to bring in architecture the wellknown excellence of the made in Italy; sand stone, bronze, glass and white concrete are the materials used for all the buildings.
