基地坐落于自由贸易试验区临港新片区，位于临港景观核心地带“滴水湖”北侧，是新片区的现代服务业开放区未来发展的五大区域之一 。其良好的景观资源有利于提升总部湾区整体形象。盖蓝携手里伯斯金大师共同设计。

项目通过多维复合发展、标志性滨水区域、高层综合体地标以及活力公共空间，打造绿色多维金融总部。项目概念灵感来源于河床和树根，用景观式的人行天桥和广场连接二环公园和滴水湖公园。沿轴线，沿湖或者在公园里布置18座高层总部办公建筑，不仅位置优越，也更具识别性。沿着中央广场布置标志性的四幢高层塔楼，作为到滴水湖的门户。重塑标志性的城市滨湖界面和步道。通过打通街道标高、架高的步道和下沉广场来创造竖向的连接。通过地块直接的连接创造东西向的步行连接。

The project is located in the north side of “Dishui Lake” in free trade trial zone in new port area, the core landscape area of the headquarters Bay area. It is one of the five areas for the future development of the modern service industry open zone in the new area. Its great landscape resources are conducive to improving the overall image of the headquarters Bay area. Designed by Studio Libeskind with Gala Architects.

This project aims to create and develop an Ecological Muti-dimension Financial Headquarters Center, representative waterfront, iconic high rise complex and active public space. The concept is inspirited from riverbed and tree roots. This project connects Dishui lake park with 2nd Ring Park by landscape pedestrian bridges and plazas, and identifies 18 high rise headquarter buildings in prime locations along the central spine, on the waterfront and on the park. Also, iconic urban location is created with 4 towers around the central plaza as a portal to Dishui lake. Representative urban waterfront and promenade are reshaped. Vertical connectivity is created by linking street level with elevated promenades and sunken plazas. An east-west pedestrian walkway is created through direct block connections.
