该项目位于上海市普陀区祁连山路原英雄金笔厂区。作为工业遗产更新，本案将上海市英雄金笔厂厂房改造为业主自用办公楼。室内设计通过建筑要素提炼：马赛克、黑色金属线条和竖向节奏，使用摩登设计语汇演绎时代印记，同时兼顾复杂的业主功能需求。共享中庭的点睛设计巧妙地将对公众开放的共享空间与自用半私密的办公空间统一成整体，创造出温暖而又充满活力的室内氛围。该项目由M. Piva先生主导设计而成。

The project is located in the former Hero Gold Pen Factory, Qilianshan Road, Putuo district, Shanghai. The project is led by the principal architect Mr. M. Piva.

As an industrial heritage building renovation design, this project transforms the Shanghai Hero Gold Pen Factory into an owner-occupied office building. The interior design is refined through architectural elements: mosaics, black metal profiles and vertical rhythm, using modern design language to interpret the marks of the times, while considering the complex functional needs of the client. The key design of the shared atrium unifies the shared space open to the public and the semi-private office space for self-use into a whole, creating a warm and vibrant indoor atmosphere.
