该项目位于宝山区南大地区，东邻该片区首发地块，南邻20万方城市中央公园，西邻城市指状绿带，贯穿南大河商业水岸。响应南大地区开发的战略发展目标，打造“全球领先，生态、活力、多样的智慧创新城区”。 该项目由D. Delfino先生主导设计而成。

以“缤纷城市”为设计愿景，期望打破传统的园区“同质化”、“复刻化”的单一形象，结合“生态”的理念打造和谐共生城市界面。设计汲取自然间本质逻辑——自然结构、生态肌理两大设计概念，并将其映射至设计当中。

建筑群采用和而不同的建筑设计，形体和立面丰富了视觉体验，也回应建设“缤纷城市”的设计初衷，塑就极具标识性的城市组团。105-02及106-01地块紧邻中央公园，与城市绿化景观结合紧密。设计将自然界中树木、叶片的结构肌理对应到建筑设计语言中的切割，错动，辅以标准化幕墙单元以及装饰竖向构件，创造出丰富的建筑形体以及表皮。105-01地块沿河而生，从树林与水波纹互映中提取竖向元素，通过立面杆件设计的变化，在秩序中，寻求错落的韵律，简洁而优美。

The project is located in the Nanda area of Baoshan District, east to the first development zone, south to a 200,000 sqm urban public park, west to urban green belt while a planning commercial riverbank crossing by the plot. The project fully considers the strategic development goal of ‘global leading, ecological, dynamic and intelligent innovative urban area’. The project is led by the principal architect Mr. D. Delfino.

Taking ‘Colorful City’ as the design vision, it is hoped to break the traditional image of ‘homogeneity’ and "replication" of the office park and create a harmonious and symbiotic urban image combined with the concept of ‘ecology’. The design inspires from logic of nature, more specifically from natural structure and ecological texture.

The building complex adopts harmonious and at the same time differences in architectural designs. The massing and facades enrich the visual experience and respond to the original design intention of building a ‘Colorful City’, creating a highly iconic urban complex. The 105-02 and 106-01 plots are close to the central park, integrated with the urban green landscape. The design corresponds to the structural texture of trees and leaves in nature to the cutting and displacement in the architectural design language. Using standardized curtain wall units and decorative vertical components to create a rich architectural form and skin. Plot 105-01 is located along the river. By extracting vertical elements from the mutual reflection of trees and water ripples, the design creates changes in facade fins, in order to seeking the rhythm, simplicity and beauty of the scattered in the order.
