项目位于城市重点发展方向的核心地段，紧邻政务中心、商务中心、文化中心、体育中心，配套十分齐全，是淄博市政府打造的区域重点。该项目由盖蓝中国和L22携手设计而成。

设计从齐鲁文化中汲取灵感，以传统书法小篆中“齐”字为设计母题，兼顾实用性和包容性，成为根植广厚历史传承引领未来的标志性建筑。

建筑形体严谨对称，从下部的厚重体量过渡到轻盈的顶部，通过幕墙框架的进深变化营造出菱格纹理，优雅、端庄，寓意深远。

The project is located in the core of the city key development area, close to the government affairs, business, cultural and sports center, which is the key area of Zibo City. The project is design by GALA Architects with L22.

The design concept inspires from Qi culture, takes the ‘齐’ character in traditional calligraphy as the design motif, takes into account practicality and inclusiveness, and becomes a landmark building rooted in a wide and rich historical heritage to lead the future.

The shape of the building is rigorous and symmetrical, from the heavy volume of the lower part to the light top, through the depth change of the curtain wall frame to create a diamond texture, which is elegant, dignified and with profound meaning.
